Salmon and avocado tartare with Pouilly Fuissé


Ingredients for 4


  • 400g salmon fillet
  • 2 avocadoes
  • 1 ball mozzarella cheese
  • 1 white onion
  • juice ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt, pepper



  1. Dice the salmon
  2. Peel the avocadoes, remove the stone and cut into cubes
  3. Drain the mozzarella and dice it too
  4. Peel and chop the onion
  5. Place the avocado flesh and salmon into a bowl with the mozzarella and onion. Sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil. Add salt and pepper then mix.
  6. Keep in the fridge for an hour before arranging and serving.
